Top Ten Books on my Spring TBR List 2017

Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly event hosted over at The Broke and the Bookish.

Top Ten Tuesday

I love putting together seasonal TBR lists, but I also hate it, because I’m such a mood reader and rarely read many on the list I put together. But I’m giving it another try, but I’m keeping it to books I’m pretty sure I will read this Spring. Also, as a side note, it is not at all Spring-Like in Central NY, today.

In no particular order . . .

perfect for you Candis terry

Perfect for You by Candis Terry
Avon sent this one to me, and I thought it was the perfect way for me to finally read something from Candis Terry.

seven minutes in heaven eloisa james

Seven Minutes in Heaven by Eloisa James
I loved James’s My American Duchess and have been wanting to read more of her books.

winning the wallflower eloisa James

Winning the Wallflower by Eloisa James
Again, I want to read more by James, but also I’ve been really into novellas lately, and this one seems right up my alley.

girl with the make believe husband julia quinn

The Girl with the Make-Believe Husband by Julia Quinn
As a long time lover of JQ, of course I will be reading this one. Also, I love this cover so much!

devil in spring lisa kleypas

Devil in Spring by Lisa Kleypas
I am also a long-time fan of Lisa Kleypas. I recently finished Marrying Winterborne, and loved it. I can’t wait to read this one!

roman sawyer bennett

Roman by Sawyer Bennett
I’ve read two other books from this series and loved them. This looks just as wonderful.

What books are you planning to read this Spring?

I am so excited to read the new Julia Quinn. Everything about that summary sounds amazing. And yay can’t wait to see what you think of Devil in Spring. I hope you love it!

  2. Angie @ Ba_BAMB

I really need to make time to read that Lisa Kleypas series. Luckily my library has them all in audio; I’m just trying to get the loans to come through all at cone so I can read them back to back.

    Nice list!

  3. Rowena

Ooh, I read a few of these books recently so I can definitely vouch for the Eloisa James (both of them), and the Lisa Kleypas. Those were great reads and you have much to look forward to with that one. I’m looking forward to the Julia Quinn myself.

    Happy reading, Quinn!

  4. Lark @ The Bookwyrm's Hoard

Arrgh! I made my list before I saw the new Julia Quinn book, and forgot to go back and add it to my post. It should definitely be on there. And I loved Devil in Spring. Avon sent me the Candis Terry book, too, so I’ll try to squeeze it in at some point. So many good books to read!

I know the feeling. It’s like if I make a list like this, I’m jinxing it and dooming the book to not being read. 😉

Oh, nice ones. I want that Lisa Kleypas, too.

  6. Nicole Lynn

Loving this list of romance reads! I haven’t picked up one in a while so I definitely need to rectify that situation! Thanks for sharing these exciting titles 😊

  7. Sharlene Wegner

Most of these are on my list, too! I’m on LI & I think the city actually got more snow & stuff than we did yesterday!

  8. Lover Of Romance

I am just loving this list you have here!!! Quinn…I can 100% guarantee that you will love Devil in Spring so I can’t wait to see what you think of it. I am also looking forward to Seven Minutes in Heaven, since James is wonderful to read.
