Sophie Grates has never had it easy, but she's finding her way through life one step and one day at a time. That is, Until Nico comes in and flips her world upside down. He forces her to see that she cannot live life from the outside looking in and that sometimes you have to step out onto the ledge so you can really enjoy the view.

Nico Mayson knew the moment he saw Sophie Grates that she was the one. His whole life, he has been judged by what's on the outside, so finding a beautiful woman who sees the real him only makes his feelings that much stronger. Nico knows the kind of man he is and the things he is capable of, but he also knows that everything in life worth having is worth fighting for.

After having read Running into Love and Until November, I wanted to read more from Aurora Rose Reynolds. Until Nico had a summary that applied the most to me, so I decided to start there (even though I HATE this cover!). And Until Nico by Aurora Rose Reynolds is definitely my favorite from the Until series.

Until Nico is the fourth book in the series and focuses on Nico Mayson and quiet Sophie Grates. They meet when Sophie loses her phone, and Nico finds it. They meet up so Sophie can get her phone back, and they are both super attracted. Sophie is shy, and not so sure about dating. But she also can’t deny her attraction to Nico. Eventually he wears down her walls, and they get together.

Sophie was really easy to like. She’s just so sweet, and I could definitely relate to her shyness. She’s had some difficulties in her life after her mom passed away when she was 15. But she’s has built herself a nice life in Tennessee, even if she is lonely sometimes. She doesn’t really know what to make of Nico at first, and it was sweet to see her get more comfortable with him.

Nico is definitely my favorite Mayson brother. He is definitely alpha, and covered in tattoos, but he’s also very gentle and patient with Sophie and I really liked that. I loved that once he met Sophie, she was it for him, and he never once wavered from that. I absolutely liked Nico and Sophie together, and loved that their relationship wasn’t filled with angst.

That said, this book is a little crazy. Nico and Sophie starting trying for babies almost immediately, and that was a little weird. And Nico could be a little more alpha than I really like. I’m also not super into heroes callings their heroines “baby” as an endearment, and there was a lot of that going on here.

Still, I was completely sucked into Until Nico, and couldn’t put the book down. After reading nearly all of the books by Aurora Rose Reynolds, it’s definitely my favorite. It’s not for everyone, but if you enjoy over the top alphas who are completely devoted to their heroines, you might like this one.

Babies right away? Say what? The cover didn’t draw me to this and was surprised to see you reviewing it…but now that I’ve read your review I kind of what to meet the Mason brothers. Great review Quinn.
